The ANU Sustainability Learning Community

	The ANU Sustainability Learning Community (SLC) is a network of students and staff from across the university who are tackling day-to-day environment and sustainability-related issues in the campus community. In the last year the SLC has: Started an organic community garden on campus Run workshops on organic gardening and vermicomposting Collaborated on a campus landscape-rehabilitation project Planted trees Held regular community-building social events and BBQs  Visited a sustainably designed home Planned two World Environment Day Great Green Debates in collaboration with Bruce Hall
